a tired day.. but shouldnt be complete without an entry abt my job interview today..
it can prob be considered job interview #1.. it jus so happened i applied for a marketing exective position online on jobstreet.com from a company recruit express. however after a few day.. i got a call for a guy to ask me to come down for interview.. his name is jason and he asked me if i was interested in becoming a recruit consultant.. now this is not exactly the job i was thinking of.. but it was b4 the exams and i din really want to reject anyhting.. so i accepted it anyway.. apparently this interview was not the only one which i agreed to easily..

just a a few days before my last paper.. i received a call to ask me to go down for an interview for agency managment trainee.. the person did not leave the name of the company and i could say no straight.. so i just said i would like to find out more. and therefore they all u to do down to have a short talk with u.. thats wat they all do... they sms me an add.. turns out to be at fuji xerox building a specific floor. i ignored the matter till the day b4 the meetup when the person called me to bring forward the meeting to 12 noon instead of 4pm..

the day b4 the interview i researched on the venue i was given to turn up yet.. guess wat.. another doubious address.. cant find the company anywhere on google.. that got my suspicion and i googled furiously but nothing came up... (but little did i noe the answer came to me the next day.. which was today)....it turns out that after my final and only paper... i partied away.. or just gamed away my days and nights... as the result i OVERSLEPT thru the 12 noon interview. and person woke me up at 1pm with a call and i lied to say i was caught up with something.. later in the day i called the person( with help of a HR spec Jovin to say that " i am not interested in the industry and would like to give up the opporunity"... well taht was tat.. i suspected that company was an insurance one .. but i was not sure...


but today i had an interview at recruit express.. i was hardworkingly and painstakenly woke and shaken up by my dear at 730am in the morning and trodded off to the address at ngee ann city tower A.. to my surpise.. the interviewer jason was a nice guy and tried to understand the needs of me as a jobseeker to help me... he also tried to sell me the job as a recruitment consultant in the firm.. which i was later convinced to give a shot.. with that..

i went thru 3 personality tests and another interview with the team leader of the brunch who was another nice guy.. to my disappointment.. one of results of my personality test was not good... its suppose to test consistency and i got only 57%. and i tried it again.. second time i got an improvement of... 2 %-- 59%... v interesting... jason was very puzzled..as to why i could get such a low score.. disbelieved he tried to get me to do the third time... which i stubbornly reject a few times.. cos if u do so many times.. then not accurate le mah. this time he it sit in room and watch me do and ask me if i dun understand anything.. i was like HUH... like doing exam paper like that.. must past.. who got hear b4 fail personality test one.. i sort of did it twice today. and written on the paper was words in bold " THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWER" .. dots... finally i tried the test again.. i dunnoe the result.. but i was damn sian.. the interview went half a day from 10 am till around 3.. 5 hr..s i was shagged out.. foot freaking pain from the killing heels.. zzzzzzz
still unemployed...

lets end on a happy note.. bought this blouse online at shoplah..lol cute right..wonder its the gal or wat.. looks so pretty. wonder if i look ok on it..

the previous post was unexpectedly short.. was interrupeted by a guest appearance in the room and i couldnt possibly blog infront of the friend.. i had to entertain the person .. thats crazyyuan's hosptitality always....

well second day of no more exams.. no more homework.. no more tests.. no more quizes, no more notes.. no more lectures..(maybe from mom ya) .. no more going to sch.. how does that sound to u? it sounds pretty good to me in fact. 15 years of education. 6 yrs of pri sch. 4 yrs od sec sch, 2 yrs of jc and 3 yrs of university.. ahh 15 years.. since .. 1990s.. dunnoe exactly year.. but finally the typical singaporean road on the paper chase have SEEMINGLY come to the end.. as i am speaking here.. ppler are taking exams.. cant really celebrate much.. pple are in rome.. or even further.. which stop are u now at of ur europe tour jasmine.. and my hall mates and classmatesare planning to go on a trip to taiwan.. TAIWAN!! .. probably anyone i noe who is going on a grad trip is going taiwan.. even a A level grad.. other than shan who is going to ALSAKA! .. amazing right.. where am i going? .. i am prob going to go down to TANJIONG PAGAR a few times each week for job interviews.. and hopefully by the end of a zillion days. i will get a job.. i got a feeling i will be left behind.. not literaly in terms of distance.. but usually tats the case.. i will prob be doing something not so expectant.. something that has happened often enough in my life that it no longer surprises me if i end up doing something i have mentioned i prayed i wun be doing.. pray with me.. i dun want to be an insurance agent.. haiz..

what is life after exams.. one thing i learn when i work up after a 12 hr sleep from 6 am - 6 pm this noon was that.. times and tide waits for no one.. everyone noes that.. but how often do we realise its impact on us.. b4 the exams ... i tell myself.. it will be over soon.. it will be over soon.. and hopefully b4 i noe it.. it will be over... and it was.. and here i am.. its easier to look back i think.. cos u noe things cant be changed already.. and its more scarely to look at the future.. cos of all the uncertainty facing u.. all the possiblities.. ok lets be more positive.. more ***OPPORTUNITIES***.. hopefully the stars make it look more attractive...

i want.. i want.. i want.. too many things.. suddenly i am no long simple.. no longer satified with a normal job.. a normal life... a normal family.. i dun want to be materialistice.. i want to be me..

and i am sure there is still more to learn..
today i just finished my last paper 1130... after that i suffered a stretch of headach from the sleepless night before .. possibley due to coffee and anxiety

started my job search a few months ago.. but it was long enough to let me identify a few companies that look to be true. personally i have applied (unknowingly) to the company and was even called for an interview. But my curiousity led me to researchin on the company. but nothing came up. Now any reputable company would have its details up right? thats wat yellow pages is for i would think.. but one that have really caught my eye and aroused much interest is the following company that does direct marketing. Sounds like a good job for any marketing grad.. Management trainee some more.. $1800 - $2500 bucks.. how better can it get? read on:
