failed attempt

so sad!!
tried to make no-bake oreo cheese cake from this recipe last night.. i got all ingrediants ready, and my excited bro even offered to help despite it being late at night. but i OVERBEAT the double cream and it turned to curd. so sad.. hope it will work tonight when i try it again..
my new baking hobby is getting a bit exp but filling, hopefully one day i get to share my cupcakes or cheese cakes with my friends! >.< (food poisoning not included!)
我理解到不管做什么事情都要用‘心’， 专心，耐心，和一颗真挚的心。 这样事情才会做得好。自己真的越来越没有耐心，每次都喜欢偷工减料，真是太不应该了。
