today went to feizi's bdae.. i was like the devil's advocate.. suggesting all kind of evil stuff.. yes i am evil.. and i do not doubt it myself. maybe i am just more willing to expose it to my dear friends..lol
we had a gd time at the mind cafe.. which is situated at 68 boat quay.. somewat like the settler's cafe.. only its rival. yup u play board games there.. was there to celebrate a gd friend's bdae.. feizi~.. in uni yr one.. i was a very lonely gal.. couldnt fit in v well.. however in uni year 2 first sem i got to know feizi better.. and she is always there to cheer us up.. and motivate us too when things got v hard.. and when she was done with us.. it was her turn to worry..lol she is such a sweet thing.. she was a friend who would remind u to do ur readings for different classes and i was the sort who could not tell the difference btw the classes i was attendin.. i was grateful.. she and ningjia let me into their little world and allowed me to understand that its ok to be blur. but u need friends around u to support u when u do so.. then u will go far.. friends like taht are hard to find.. but i am glad i found one..
yes and so soon in uni year 2 sem two.. i found the blur one in my class..lol .. u noe who u are..lol i took on feizi's motherly role and felt extremely tired after 6 weeks.. thats half a sem for u .. lol so i am glad .. that i have so many friends around me.. blur or not..we take turns yeah!!

after the party.. joanie talked to me abt blogging.. her bf mentioned that bloggers are self centered..which i see no wrong in saying that .. except that ITS A SWEEPING STATMENT. lol.. as i had said.. everyone need an outlet to vent thier anger, share their joys, spread their happiness and bury their troubles..

lets take for eg.. was talking to shufen abt the sg election.. i though that in many ways.. framing of our minds was involved.. the way they said ' the pple know how to think for themselves',' the pple know who is in the right and who is in the wrong', the pple knows the real reliable pple'.. some how the politcal party is trying to enpower the pple to tell them they have the choice at their decisions.. however at the same time.. they are trying to 'manipulate' u to think in that specific direction.. taht pple should be in different categories..
shufen commented that the pple in our generation arnt really perceptive to thier msg the way they want us to .. instead.. we may be more concern the way they put thier msg across.. like in lit.. every sentence and punctuation has an intention behind it.. be it intentionally or unintentionally.. of course ..perhaps everyone noes it.. an i am jsut stating the obvious.. but thats wats politics right..

now wat does it have to do with blogging?.. paiseh i got carried away.. i think i was trying to say somehing like the generation is different.. imagine.. if i was in ur father's generation.. and u tell him.. dad i can publish ur diary or just ur thoughs into an article everyday.. ur dad would prob think that u must be planing a revolt or somthing..
perhaps its jsut part of our generation to be attention seeking.. we just like to see ourselves being heard.. whether we actually being heard.. does not matter...

so are we self centered?.. why do u actually read pple's blog everyday.. but not actually take the opportinity to know him better using the time u sit at the desk?.. is it we are too buzy? or do we jsut fear to commit to a r/s .. just being friends take up time right.. if u dun have time.. then its hard to keep up with ur friends right..then why do u want to read someone;s blog?.. perhaps u just want to see whether life is any more exciting than urs.. wherther his /her life is moore or less boring than urs..
